10:15 - 11:00: Strategic direction for open bibliographic metadata in the UK and the relationship with the wider open metadata landscape

11:00 - 11:15: Break

11:15 - 12:45: Implementation of open linked bibliographic metadata: update on Blue Core and UK testing plans; update from EBSCO; update from Casalini Libri and the BNB; BIBFRAME familiarisation

12:45 - 13:30: Lunch

13:30 - 14:45: Open metadata policy workshop part 1 : introduction, policy overview, copyright and licensing overview, framing within OA context, specific use cases
