Group Online Book Launch – 31 May

Join us for an online book launch event!

Come celebrate our authors who have recently self-published/published with an indie publisher! We are so excited to gather around them to enjoy their work and applaud their achievments!

This event will feature authors Michael Fellowes and his novel, Scarlet and the White, poet Mohammad Salihu with his poetry chapbook Voices from the Soil: Wounds and Wisdom, and Yasmin Hanif with her picture book, Abdullah’s Bear Needs a Name!

Katie Goh is the host for this event.

Tickets: £10/£6 for members| £12 for Allies and Friends of SBWN

This event is open to ALL (regardless of racial and/or ethnic background).
Please see the Allies and Friends of SBWN ticket option for attendees who don't identify as BPOC/Global Majority.

All SBWN events will adhere to our Safer Spaces Policy.

A limited number of data and carer/childcare bursaries are available for attendees, or if you require a free ticket, request a bursary by completing our form.

• The event will take 2 hours with comfort breaks.
• We have a number of data and child/carer bursaries available – please email us at scottishbpocwriters@gmail.com.
• BSL interpretation provided.
• Event is hosted online using Zoom (link will be sent to participants closer to the date).
• This event will not be recorded.
• To participate, you will need an internet/wi-fi connection, a desktop or mobile device to join by audio and/or video and writing materials/device.
• You may mute your mic/switch off video, or take a break at any time.
