Poetry Editing Workshop with Marjorie Lotfi
Join us on 1 July for an interactive workshop with Marjorie Lotfi, exploring editing your poetry.
Please be mindful when booking. This is a session for Black writers & writers of colour* based in Scotland, rest of UK & Ireland.
In this poetry editing workshop, you'll discover several ways to edit your poems, from line length and space on the page, to repetition, titles and more. Understand how to put your first drafts through their paces and how to refine and polish your poems into a version more ready to go out into the world. You do not need to bring any work; example poems will be used.
Tickets are Pay What You Can (suggested donation £10).
A limited number of travel and carer/childcare bursaries are available for attendees. If you will need a bursary to attend, please complete our form and we’ll do our best to help.
Cancellations
If you have registered for a ticket but are unable to attend, please let us know ASAP so that we can offer it to another person on the waitlist. Thank you!
