The Chinese Medicine Clock
Chinese medicine teaches that each 2-hour period of the day is "ruled" by a specific organ and its corresponding meridian (energy channel). If you consistently experience symptoms at a particular time, it may point to an imbalance in the organ associated with that time.
This three-hour seminar delves into this concept, exploring how it aligns with modern research on the body’s circadian rhythms. You’ll also discover how these insights integrate with the Five Elements, Yin-Yang theory, and acupuncture syndromes.
Additionally, the seminar will highlight the best, (and possibly the worst!) times for treatments in both Chinese and Western medicine, helping you understand the significance of timing in promoting health and balance.
