Ticket Terms and Conditions

Full refunds will be given if you cancel up to 7 days before the event. We regret that cancellations received after this date for in person tickets cannot be refunded, however delegates may be substituted at any time. 

SCLF withholds the right to change the venue and/or programme at any stage, and to cancel or postpone any event due to lack of delegate numbers or presenter cancellations up to 7 days before the event date. If the event has been cancelled, delegates will receive a full refund of their booking fee.

SCLF is not VAT registered and so cannot supply a VAT receipt.
