This won't be the most exciting part of building your croft local food business, but answers to these questions are essential!

Jo Hunt of Knockfarrel Produce has years of experience in local food production and juggling numbers, and will take you through everything you need to know about tax and financial record keeping.

Knockfarrel Produce is an organic croft near Dingwall. Through a box scheme, Jo sells seasonal veg and fruit, preserves, eggs, cordials and pestos, all produced on the croft, while offering a selection from other local producers.

NB: Each of our food production webinars is complete in itself.
However, they also complement the in-person courses and provide more detail on certain topics that we cannot cover in full over the two in-person days.
