Please remember to include any towbar length in the metres required for stand.  Stands are allocated in full metres (not half) and minimum stand size is 3 m.  Depth of stands is a minimum of 6 metres.  Only stalls selling second hand goods will be classed as Auto Jumble.

Bookings for Trade Stands / Auto Jumble include admission for two adults.  Under 12s - free admission.

Entrants must have insurance to cover them on the field. All Stands must be in place by 10 am on Sunday 8th September. The main Rally day is Sunday 8th September. Saturday 7th September is a Preview Day.

Closing Date:  31st July 2024, or when space is full.  Late entries will not be accepted.

Campsite passes are required for anyone staying on site overnight - including in vehicle.

One campsite pass per entry.

Tickets and passes, as appropriate, will be posted out in mid-August.

Acceptance of entries is at the discretion of the organising committee.

No refunds will be issued.

In the event of cancellation of the event due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances, entry fees will be refunded, minus an administrative charge.

If you require an invoice in addition to the confirmation e-mail supplied when booking online, please be aware that there will be a charge of £4.00 to cover administration costs. Send your request for an invoice to: secretary@svtec.org stating your booking details. Thank you.

Acceptance of Rules & Regulations and confirmation of Public Liability Insurance

If you are camping in a group and wish to stay together, please wait in the car park prior to entering the parkland until all members of your group are present - it is NOT permitted to keep spaces in the campsite area.
