Event & Ticket FAQsCan I buy a ticket when I arrive? If you arrive without having purchased a ticket, we'll have a QR code out that you can scan that will take you to our ticket event page so you can purchase before entering to shop. How will I receive my ticket? After purchasing online, your ticket will be emailed to you. Please ensure that you bring this with you to the event. Do I need to have my ticket with me to the event? Yes, please have your ticket handy either printed or available on your mobile device to gain entry. What does my ticket include? Your ticket grants you the exclusive opportunity to shop elevated holiday styles and designer furniture while enjoying refreshments in a festive setting. Will there be any items marked down at the event? Select furniture and decor will be available for up to 70% off. The assortment of furniture and decor includes lightly used and slightly damaged pieces at discounted rates. What should I expect when I arrive? When you arrive, there will be signage and staff to guide you through the different sections. What forms of payment will you accept? We accept cash, checks, credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Will I be able to take my item(s) home with me after I buy? If you can carry it, you can take it home the day of the event. Other items will be marked for pick-up after the event. See below for delivery service recommendations for larger items. Where should I park? Parking will be available in our building parking lot. What is your return or exchange policy? Due to the nature of the sale, all purchases are final. We cannot offer returns or exchanges on items purchased during this warehouse sale. Will I be able to have my items delivered if I can't take them home? While we don't offer delivery services, we recommend Tiger Moving as our preferred partner. We encourage you to contact them directly to arrange delivery for your item(s).
