Beyond the Scrap: Art & Wellness Workshop

Easeeeeee into August with an art workshop at Scraplanta!

We are partntering with Thrive Artists Group for "Beyond the Scrap"  a creative wellness experience that uses reclaimed materials, guided reflection, and expressive art-making to explore how our experiences—both joyful and difficult—can be reclaimed and transformed. Inspired by the power of creative reuse, participants will create meaningful artwork while discovering that healing isn't about discarding our past, but finding new purpose, perspective, and possibility within it. Together, we'll explore how creativity can support emotional wellness, resilience, and personal growth

How to get to CreateATL
CreateATL is located at 900 Murphy Avenue SW, Atlanta, GA 30310 in the Historic Adair Park Neighborhood. The venue has limited on-site parking, but there is plenty of street parking along Allene Avenue. The venue is also cat-a-corner from the West End Train station (exit from the Southbound entrance, walk down Lee Street and cross the train tracks to Murphy Ave).

Sliding Scale Tiers
We want our workshops to be accessible to the community, which means participants can choose whichever tier they are comfortable with paying. You only need to select one tier and can also add a donation to your purchase. Everyone is treated equally at all pay levels, and we don’t conduct income verification. We’re just excited to craft with you!
