Seaweed Baths

Immerse yourself in the healing power of Nature with Vicky, founder of The Little Foragers Kitchen and Audrey, from Wild Bathing Oban, for a forage, wild craft and wild bathe at Hynish, Tiree.

This special experience will start with a mindful walk down to the shore to identify and gather seaweeds, which will then be used to wild craft a seaweed body scrub.

After applying a seaweed body scrub, you will head down to the water for a wild “dook”, followed by a warm foot bath and some wild seaweed themed tasters and hot drinks around the fire pit.

All participants will receive a follow-up email with resources and an introduction to seaweed foraging booklet.
