Course Overview 

This course is a combination of the Registered Scrum Master (RSM) and Registered Product Owner (RPO) trainings. In this course, we’ll share his insights and strategies from decades of success launching high-performing Scrum teams in businesses around the globe. This course goes beyond the basics of Scrum and the Scrum Master role. This course is dynamic and highly interactive. Class participants will start by organising into Scrum teams. There you’ll take part in a variety of games and exercises, that will allow you to experience the roles of a Scrum Master and a Product Owner first-hand. With the help of your instructor, you and your team will create a product backlog, prioritise it, and manage a burndown chart.

With the help of your instructor, you will be prepared to: 

1. Lead teams in any environment or industry as a Scrum Master
2. Represent the Scrum Values of Focus, Courage, Commitment, Openness, and Respect
3. Create and maintain a compelling product vision
   
4. Build a ready Product Backlog

Course Prerequisites 

This training is for all levels of Scrum experience. There are no prerequisites. 

Credential Process 

Course fee includes access to the Registered Scrum Master™ exam. Students who successfully complete the course and pass the exam will earn their Registered Scrum Master™ credential signed by the co-creator of Scrum, Dr. Jeff Sutherland.

Course Cost & Duration

This training is run over 2 days. Twice the value in half the time, using Scrum to deliver Scrum training.
