Course Overview 

Dive deep into the insights and strategies Scrum Inc. has learned from scaling Scrum in businesses around the world. Our highly interactive Agile Leader@Scale course is built around real-world case studies and taught by those who have successfully transformed organizations around the globe. Participants will learn how to effectively and efficiently scale Scrum in their organization by optimizing people, processes, and products through the lens of leadership. You will also gain a deep understanding of organizational health & design, prioritization & alignment, and efficiency & effectiveness throughout the entirety of this course.

With the help of your instructor, you will be prepared to: 

1. Establish an agile transformation roadmap
2. Learn how to establish organisational alignment
3. Champion a dynamic organisational culture 
4. Coaching the organisation
5. Ensure organisational effectiveness through leadership language

Course Prerequisites 

This training is for all levels of agile leadership experience with a comprehensive understanding of the Scrum@Scale Guide.

Credential Process 

Course fee includes access to the Registered Agile Leader@Scale™ exam. Students who successfully complete the course and pass the exam will earn their Registered Agile Leader@Scale™ credential signed by the co-creator of Scrum, Dr. Jeff Sutherland.
