February Cohort (Explorer) - Four half days
Day 1: Wednesday, 2/21/24, 12pm - 4pm CST
Day 2: Thursday, 2/22/24, 12pm - 4pm CST
Day 3: Wednesday, 3/6/24, 12pm - 4pm CST
Day 4: Thursday, 3/7/24, 12pm - 4pm CST

Embark on the Scrum Mastery Pathway - Explorer, where we elevate Scrum Masters to Agile Wizards. Navigate mystical realms, harness spells of knowledge, and inspire high-performing teams. Workshop One (Explorer) - 16 hours (either 2 days, or 4 half days)
In this workshop, you will meet your fellow learning cohort and explore every aspect of what it takes to be a great Scrum Master or servant-leader. You will work through every aspect of Geoff's RE-TRAINED model and develop your skills to become more:
- Respected
- Enabling
- Tactful
- Resourceful
- Alternative
- Inspiring
- Nurturing
- Empathic
- Disruptive

Supported Deliberate Practice (Navigator) - 5 months
After the first workshop you will return to your team(s) and begin to apply what you have learned, however, you will not be alone. You will support and be supported by your learning cohort. Through five monthly group supervision sessions and your own unique commitments to one another, you will ‘navigate’ the specific challenges you face day to day using the Mighty Networks community channel or WhatsApp chat provided for you as part of your program.
Workshop Two (Adventurer) - Time/Dates TBD by Cohort (16 hours of training)
After six months of hands-on practice and group supervision you will return for another two-day workshop. Here you will be provided with more, and deeper, theory and guided practice to prepare you for your future ‘adventures’ as a great Scrum Master. Your Scrum Mastery skills will be taken to another level and learn how to:
- Build a psychologically-safe culture
- Serve yourself so you can serve others
- Master the power of silence
- Tackle your cognitive biases
- Keep a sense of togetherness even when apart
- Coach for change
- Grow a more ORGANIC culture within your organization

Cancellation
We accept student substitutions or postponements for classes at any time. Student cancellations must be made via email. We provide refunds for student cancellations as follows:
- Cancellation received more than 21 days before the first day of class = 100% refund of course fee.
- Cancellation received more than 10 days before the first day of class = 50% refund of course fee
- Cancellation received less than 10 days before the first day of class = no refund provided.
Should a postponement or cancellation occur, you'll be notified no later than 5 business days before class. All registration payments will be refunded promptly or, if you prefer, applied to a future class.
