Performing alongside the Scunthorpe Cooperative Junior Choir in a concert for which the music is themed around trees and has been written by female composers, the major work is Janet Wheeler's cantata The Measure of a Tree, which the choirs will perform alongside a selection of movements from Katy Cooper's Twelve Trees. The composer Janet Wheeler will be our conductor for this concert.
