Calling all Community Fundraisers!

SCVO in partnership with Higgs LLP Charity Solicitors (click here to find out more about their charity law services) are hosting a FREE online briefing on the New Fundraising Code of Practice, specifically relating to receiving donations and requesting legacy funding.

The session aims to ensure you understand the recent changes and the implications of the new fundraising code of practice – because it could affect how your organisation raises funds.

Who is this briefing for?

This session is for voluntary, community and not for profit organisations across the Black Country wishing to learn more about the recent changes to the Code of Fundraising Practice.

Why attend?

The Funding Code of Practice sets out the mandatory standards how organisations should fundraise in the UK. It ensures that fundraising is legal, open, honest, and respectful, covering methods from attracting donations to Wills and Legacy giving.

It is crucial to understand the changes introduced as part of the Fundraising Code of Practice to ensure your organisation continues to seek funding that remains legal, transparent and respectful.

The session is taking place on Thursday 28th May at 10am through a Zoom Conference Call.

Join our Fundraising Code of Practice online briefing to ensure you meet the new standards and learn best practice for compliance by booking your place today.
