SCVO are delighted to invite you to our Meet the Expert session, being delivered in partnership with TheGivingMachine’s Business Development Manager, Abigail Ward. Abigail will be joining SCVO on Tuesday 6th October 2026 via a Zoom Conference Call, to discuss their small grants programme and giving lottery opportunity.

Who is TheGivingMachine?

TheGivingMachine is a small charity on a mission to help the 97% of smaller causes to raise funds in a free, sustainable way.

They have built and integrated technology to unlock regular donations to help all good causes whether big or small to make our world a better place. Their solutions help make it easy for supporters and businesses to make a difference to their communities and beyond.

Who is this Session for?

This session is for voluntary, community and not for profit organisations across the Black Country wishing to learn more about their small grants programme and giving lottery opportunity.

Why attend?

Our FREE session will provide valuable insights into running the GivingLottery — a free platform that helps charities, Community Interest Companies, Parent and Teacher Associations and other non-profits earn regular, unrestricted income with minimal effort.

It’s easy to join, costs nothing, and each cause gets their own lottery page.

TheGivingMachine will also be showcasing their small grants programme, offering £250 unrestricted grants each quarter to causes with under £1m turnover.
