Welcome to We Keep Telling, our reading series for Gaza! We invite you to spend an evening with poets and readers from all over the world, to celebrate Palestinian poets and writers and to raise funds for people and projects in Gaza. Tickets are free, but donations are encouraged and needed. So if you can, please donate when you get your ticket (or after the reading).

We are raising funds for this small, vetted campaign. The first goal  is to provide urgent support to 50 families who have been displaced and are now living in tents, without access to regular aid or sufficient food. These families arrive with nothing, and parents struggle daily to find even the simplest meals for their children. Each food parcel is carefully designed to cover basic nutritional needs and bring a sense of relief and dignity.

Your contribution will directly fund the purchase of essential ingredients, ensuring that every parcel contains fresh, nutritious items that children and adults can rely on. These parcels are more than just food—they are a symbol of hope, care, and solidarity, reminding families that they are not alone in this crisis. You can support the volunteers on the ground, there will be regular updates about the campaign on the Chuffed page.

Thank you so much to Jane Burn for gifting us her beautiful painting of these two Palestinian Sunbirds.

Every donation helps! https://chuffed.org/project/mawasi-families
