Program:

  • E. Grieg – Holberg Suite, Op. 40
  • J.S. Bach – Concerto for Two Violins in D minor, BWV 1043
  • P.I. Tchaikovsky – Serenade for Strings in C major, Op. 48

The Orchestre Salon de Musique, under the artistic direction of Dr. Francois Koh, invites you to an enchanting evening of string masterpieces—bridging the sparkling counterpoint of Bach with the lush romanticism of Grieg and Tchaikovsky.

Experience the elegance of Edvard Grieg’s Holberg Suite, the brilliant interplay of J.S. Bach’s Double Violin Concerto featuring soloists Richard Cao and Josh Lau, and the sweeping emotional depth of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s magnificent Serenade for Strings. Performed in an intimate and vibrant setting, this carefully curated program highlights the rich, expressive sonorities of a chamber orchestra.
