Excited to celebrate the Spring Equinox together with an enlivening ecstatic dance journey, a curated wave of music moving from grounded to wild to expanded, cacao activation and live music from DJ Sea Gypsee, I know this Girl & Pixi Pete.

A sober space to ignite creativity and attune to nature and community in our beloved sanctuary, Coed Hills. Welcome to a threshold into renewal, lightness, and embodied awakening! A space overflowing with goodness. This is the essence of what we want to create. More than just a party, (which of course it is too!) it is also a gathering that build meaningful relationships and connectivity, authentic purpose and loving kindness. We are community that learn how to tap into the natural ways to celebrate life and grow together.

On this night, we will enjoy nature, meditate, set intention, dance freely, connect, lift up our energies to the highest states. A time to infuse our intentions as the sublime cacao, music and sounds circulate through our bodies. A time to fill our cups majestically, enliven our spirits in true community and remind ourselves how amazing we are! ✨🌈 💖

Delight in the beautiful surroundings of coed hills rural art space. You can enjoy a wonder in the forest garden, the stone circle, the woods, have a pick at the eco sustainable constructions or have a sauna.

Cacao Activation & Intention Setting w/ Sea Gypsee & I know this Girl
7pm - 7.20pm

At the beginning of this session, we will introduce ceremonial cacao. As well as being incredibly delicious, ceremonial cacao helps us to ground, enhance our dance experience and open our hearts. It can also gently guide us to connect with hidden dimensions of ourselves. At Ecstatic Dance Cardiff, we prepare cacao with great respect for the indigenous wisdom keepers of this master plant medicine, infusing it with prayers  and songs during the whole preparation process ✨

As we sip Ceremonial Cacao with intention and through a guided meditation to open our hearts, we will call in an intention for this year. The effects of cacao can vary from one person to another, but you can expect an improvement of mood and pleasure, stimulation of mental alertness and heart expansion.

As well as being one of the most potent superfood on the planet, this ceremonial grade cacao will help you to reach a state of mild euphoria, without altering your consciousness. It's a beautiful heart-opener and with intention, it can help you enhance your wellbeing to the next level. It truly is the new way to dance without alcohol and we absolutely love it!

Ecstatic Dance  & Sound Journey w/ Sea Gypsee & Pixi Pete
7:20pm - 9.10pm

You are invited to this safe, playful space, where the whole of you is welcomed. In this session, you will gently be guided to breathe, let go of stress, recharge and move as you feel. Dancing and cultivating authentic movement from the inside is deeply nurturing and healing. Be prepared to deeply connect with the elements, move, sweat, experience and enjoy!

🌊 Unlike clubbing, ecstatic dance sets are built like "waves" moving from slow and mellow, to very dynamic and everything else in between; gently guiding you to stretch your body and mind in many directions, to experience the vast spectrum of your emotions with mindfulness and wild abandon. Most of the time when people dance it is to look good to others, but here, we dance to connect with our authentic natural selves.


Closing Circle w/ Sea Gypsee
9.10-9.15pm

We gather in circle to close the evening. This is a chance to feel connected in peace as a tribe. We tune into what is present within us, share and receive others experience in authenticity and non judgment. There will also be a chance to talk more by the fire after the dance.

Social Time
9.15-10pm

After the dance, for those who wish to stay, there will be organic food & a time for us to just be together.

Rich N Raw

Delighted to welcome Richard Havardi, talented vegan & vegetarian chef who will cook for us a delicious curry on the night, as well as sweet treats available on site. Richard is the founder of NAMA Foods, raw vegan restaurant in London and official cook at the stunning Temple Events, conscious clubbing in Manchester. He loves to create colourful, tasty and creative dishes with high quality ingredients that help heal the body. Meals available from 6pm (please book your curry in advance via the ticket link)

ECSTATIC DANCE IS A SPACE FOR US TO LET GO OF STRESS, RECHARGE, EXPLORE MOVEMENT AND RELEASE. AS WE LISTEN DEEPER TO YOUR BODIES, THE DANCEFLOOR OPENS THE DOOR TO FLOWING WITH OUR EMOTIONS, CONNECT WITH OTHERS AND EXPERIENCE EUPHORIC RELEASE. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED AND THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG WAY TO MOVE. THE FACILITATOR GIVES OPPORTUNITIES TO PLAY BUT WE ARE TOTALLY FREE TO ENGAGE OR DO OUR OWN THING WITH THE DANCE.

➤  SEA GYPSEE

Sea Gypsee is a soulful, free-spirited DJ, visionary producer and ecstatic dance facilitator rooted in the wild feminine and oceanic flow. Originally from France, she is now nestled in the lush valleys of Wales. 

Founder of Ecstatic Dance Cardiff, she has now been sharing her energy in the conscious dance since since 2021 across cities and stages including London, Paris, Lisbon, Cardiff, Brighton, Manchester  & Bristol. Her dances are ecstatic ceremonies, an invitation to move between shadow and light, to surrender old patterns and meet each other in embodied presence. She blends tribal bass, downtempo, amapiano, folktronika, psytrance and deep house into sets that feel like playful rituals - inviting the body to regenerate, the heart to soften and the soul to stir.

Sea Gypsee sees dance not just as movement but as a way to meet oneself as a living, breathing work of art -  rooted in nature, softness, sensuality and authentic expression. Her sessions create inclusive high vibe spaces where people are invited to drop in, feel deeply, and move with presence, honesty and open hearts.

Kate Stewart is the founder of I Know This Girl, a sound practitioner and wellness entrepreneur who brings deep intention, care, and integrity to her work. With over a decade of experience in sound healing, she has been offering events, retreats, and a bespoke range of sound healing products through her business for the past five years.

Kate’s sound baths are gently held, intuitive experiences designed to help people feel safe, relaxed, and supported. With a calm, nurturing presence and a deep respect for each individual’s journey, she creates spaces where guests are invited to soften, rest, and reconnect, exactly as they are.

Peter Michel aka Pixi Pete is a DJ, performer, and creative facilitator, blending epic track selection, live percussion, and deep somatic wisdom. His sets aren’t just music — they are journeys that move the body and evoke the bodies wisdom. Across the world, he has created dancefloors where wild expression meets deep stillness and playful magic.

Pixi Pete brings a rare mix of musical control and powerful live presence, creating dancefloors that feel focused, playful and alive.

He will enhance the dancefloor with some live drumming and help us integrate the dance with a short & beautiful live handpan sound journey.
