We’re SO excited to welcome DJ Pixi Pete on the decks for one of his sumptuous, wild & playful ecstatic dance journeys, weaving powerful music with live drumming! He will close the space with spacious live handpan, a cocooning descent into expanded awareness and visionary experience.

Supported by Ecstatic Dance Cardiff founder Sea Gypsee holding the cacao activation & Bonsaii bringing the sonic magic with her voice and instruments, we will start the journey by inviting presence, stillness, and a gentle remembering of what it is to be fully alive..

This is the essence of what we want to create. More than just a party, (which of course it is too!) it is also a gathering that build meaningful relationships and connectivity, authentic purpose and loving kindness. We are community that learn how to tap into the natural ways to celebrate life and grow together.

On this night, we will enjoy nature, meditate, set intention, dance freely, connect, lift up our energies to the highest states. A time to infuse our intentions as the sublime cacao, music and sounds circulate through our bodies. A time to fill our cups majestically, enliven our spirits in true community and remind ourselves how amazing we are! ✨🌈 💖

Arrival
6.30pm - 7pm
Delight in the beautiful surroundings of coed hills rural art space. You can enjoy a wonder in the forest garden, the stone circle, the woods, have a pick at the eco sustainable constructions.

Cacao Activation & Intention Setting w/ Sea Gypsee
7pm - 7.15pm

At the beginning of this session, we will introduce ceremonial cacao. As well as being incredibly delicious, ceremonial cacao helps us to ground, enhance our dance experience and open our hearts. It can also gently guide us to connect with hidden dimensions of ourselves. At Ecstatic Dance Cardiff, we prepare cacao with great respect for the indigenous wisdom keepers of this master plant medicine, infusing it with prayers  and songs during the whole preparation process ✨

As we sip Ceremonial Cacao with intention and through a guided meditation to open our hearts, we will call in an intention for this year. The effects of cacao can vary from one person to another, but you can expect an improvement of mood and pleasure, stimulation of mental alertness and heart expansion.

As well as being one of the most potent superfood on the planet, this ceremonial grade cacao will help you to reach a state of mild euphoria, without altering your consciousness. It's a beautiful heart-opener and with intention, it can help you enhance your wellbeing to the next level. It truly is the new way to dance without alcohol and we absolutely love it!

Ecstatic Dance & Sound Journey w/ Pixi Pete
7:15pm - 9.15pm

You are invited to this safe, playful space, where the whole of you is welcomed. In this session, you will gently be guided to breathe, let go of stress, recharge and move as you feel. Dancing and cultivating authentic movement from the inside is deeply nurturing and healing. Be prepared to deeply connect with the elements, move, sweat, experience and enjoy!

🌊 Unlike clubbing, ecstatic dance sets are built like "waves" moving from slow and mellow, to very dynamic and everything else in between; gently guiding you to stretch your body and mind in many directions, to experience the vast spectrum of your emotions with mindfulness and wild abandon. Most of the time when people dance it is to look good to others, but here, we dance to connect with our authentic natural selves.


Closing Circle w/ Pixi Pete & Sea Gypsee
9.15-9.30pm

We gather in circle to close the evening. This is a chance to feel connected in peace as a tribe. We tune into what is present within us, share and receive others experience in authenticity and non judgment. There will also be a chance to talk more by the fire after the dance.

Social Time
9.30-10pm

After the dance, for those who wish to stay, there will be a time for us to just be together.
 Please feel free to bring your own food and drinks. There will be teas available for everyone.

ECSTATIC DANCE IS A SPACE FOR US TO LET GO OF STRESS, RECHARGE, EXPLORE MOVEMENT AND RELEASE. AS WE LISTEN DEEPER TO YOUR BODIES, THE DANCEFLOOR OPENS THE DOOR TO FLOWING WITH OUR EMOTIONS, CONNECT WITH OTHERS AND EXPERIENCE EUPHORIC RELEASE. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED AND THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG WAY TO MOVE. THE FACILITATOR GIVES OPPORTUNITIES TO PLAY BUT WE ARE TOTALLY FREE TO ENGAGE OR DO OUR OWN THING WITH THE DANCE.

➤ PIXI PETE

Peter Michel aka Pixi Pete is a multifaceted DJ, somatic facilitator, and musician creating conscious dance journeys rooted in connection, expression, and nervous-system awareness. Blending DJing with live percussion and a deep understanding of embodiment, he weaves sets that invite you to move freely and expressively, whether that’s soft and subtle or full and wild. 

Peter had over a decade of experience in somatics, meditation and performance, with training in Embodied Resilience, Authentic Relating, and the Dancing Heart Path, Pete brings a warm, grounded approach to holding space. His facilitation supports a dancefloor that feels safe, open, and alive.

He has played at countless festivals including Glastonbury, Buddhafields, and Wilderness, and is a regular across the UK Ecstatic Dance scene.

Expect an intuitive, heart-led musical journey rooted rhythms, soulful grooves, and uplifting energy—guiding you into deeper connection with yourself, the music, and the space around you.

Across the world, he has created dancefloors where wild expression meets deep stillness and playful magic!

He will enhance the dancefloor with some live drumming and help us integrate the dance with a beautiful live handpan sound journey.

Sea Gypsee is a facilitator on a mission to inspire people to boldly engage in their life with heart and soul. She curates safe potent & inclusive containers to truly rejuvenate from the inside out. Through space holding, breathing techniques, meditation and music, Seagypsee guides us to simply come back to ourselves, explore the depth of our presences and invite ecstasy in the simplest way possible. 

Seagypsee is the creatrix of Ecstatic Dance Cardiff. She has offered her unique energy in the conscious scene for places such as Ecstatic Dance UK, Brighton, Bristol, Bath, Paris, Lisboa, Temple Events & Baumka Conscious Clubbing in Manchester and also creates offerings at conscious festivals such as All About Love, Medicine Festival, Boomtown, Anthropos among others, as well as holding embodiment retreats in France.

Through the movement of change we are born. Bonsaii believes movement, sound and presence are the seeds that our bodies, that our awareness brings to us. Through ritual artistry from the resonance of the heart, Bonsaii shares voice weaving, sonic and movement medicine as her learned methods of freedom and connection for the collective bod, voice, mind and spirit. She serves a timeless space where you become your own internal guide... receiving and moving yourself into deepening existence.
