Join me in the sea. 

Have you been hankering to swim in the sea, but can't figure out how to make it happen. 

Come along and swim in company, there's no time like the present. 

Let's start you off! Come and get more knowledgable and confident. We'll spend some time talking on the land and then we'll swim - or dip - together. 

The sea temperature is warming up beautifully, hurrah!, so this if you've been thinking about cold water therapy you can start here with a view to swimming through to the colder months. 

We'll stay close to the shore and take things gently. Time in the water will depend on how you're feeling. No pressure. Ask me if you aren't sure.  

Coryton Cove, Dawlish.  There is parking on Marine Parade, then walk down to the beach, I'll meet you on the slip way on the beach.

You'll need:

• Swimming costume or wetsuit if you prefer - or whatever you want to swim in! 
• Brightly coloured swim hat  - I've got spares.
• Goggles, if you want. 
• Water shoes/booties 
• Tow float - I've got spares
• Towel and warm clothes to change in to after (loose is easiest)
• A hoodie, or something warm to put on (you might be colder when you get out!)
• A drink and maybe something sweet to eat
• A bag to carry your wet stuff home! 

If you haven't got any of the items let me know, I have spares of most things. 

You'll need to complete a pre-swim form and you must be able to swim 100m unaided (the sea is not the best place to learn to swim!)

We'll keep the group small. £6 per ticket.

NB - if the weather is dreadful, sea conditions aren't safe or if there has been a pollution warning we may have to either postpone or change beach. If this happens I will send you a text message.
