Slow swim @ St Anthony's Head Lighthouse

Parking at St Anthony's Head, we'll take the coastal path down to Little & Great Molunan Beach. This will be a leisurely, slow swimming expedition off the point. There will be a degree of flexibility in the distance that you cover. Head-up-and-down breaststrokers welcome, along with front crawl swimmers. The route is circular and we can take car keys with us. 

We'll meet in the car park at 9.45am and walk down to the beach. Should the conditions not be suitable, there are a wealth of stunning beaches in the area and we'll email out a plan B, 2-3 days prior to the swim. 

The path down to the beach is a little steep in parts but is part of the coast path and is manageable. May not be suitable for anyone with knee issues or mobility problems.
