Crantock to Polly Joke (and back)

This is a 'slow and steady' swim over to Polly Joke and back. We'll meet on the beach, off the Bowgie car park and down the coastal path / south corner. Meeting at the specified time of 6.30pm. Whilst this is a 'slow and steady' pace, faster swimmers are welcome to attend and simply double back from time to time. 

*This swim is obviously quite conditions dependent. Should the conditions not be appropriate, we'll either pick a suitable replacement or offer a refund. Replacement swim might be somewhere like Polstreath, near St Austell (which is stunning but does have a decent set of steps!). Image below. Either way, we'll email out 2-3 days prior to the swim, with detailed instructions, after we've seen a reliable forecast. 

Swim distance : approximately 2km. Any alternative swim will offer a similar distance. 

We'll take rescue boards, towing an additional board...so you can hop on from time to time and have a bit of a tow, if required.
