Slow Swimming Day Out, West Cornwall

This is designed as a casual and very leisurely day out (think head up breaststroke, coffee and cake!). Typical entrants would be found frequenting the slow and middle lanes of a public swimming pool session. 

2-3 days before the 'day out' we'll email the entrants (through Ticket Tailor) and inform you of the exact meeting point and time. We'll then put on 3-4 of the safest and best swims, based on the conditions. Swims will consist of routes between around 200-800m. We can split up the water safety team and cover a number of different distance routes, if necessary. This is very much an entry level (non-event) event. 

If possible, the event will be based in the Penzance area (using St Ives as a possible back up location).
