Join us in hearing from three business owners about their journey in securing a commercial lease in Seattle!
The panel will offer a variety of perspectives, from those who cold called property owners to those who worked with a commercial broker to dive deep and find the right spot for their business. We’ll also talk about permitting, design, capital, business resources, launch events, and more.

Fancy Jewels, Sally Brock
Founded in 2002 by artist Sally Brock, Fancy is a Seattle based company focused on producing high quality, modern jewelry that is 100% handmade using ethically sourced materials. Her storefront is located in Madison Valley.
Bloom Bistro, Marisa Figueroa
Bloom Bistro is a culmination of over a decade of working in the food industry. From serving up cajun food across the country at music festivals, to being a barista and working at a coffee roastery, to working her way up as an executive chef at a fine dining restaurant, she has quite literally done it all. Bloom Bistro is located in Georgetown.
Seeking Ferments, Jeanette Macias
Jeanette Macias a self-taught brewer and co-owner of Seeking Kombucha & Seeking Ferments in Seattle, WA, along with her wife Lyz. They make kombucha & other fermented beverages with ingredients that have been locally sourced by Washington Farmers and other small businesses. They are currently seeking a new commercial space after leaving their production space and taproom in South lake Union earlier this year.
The panel will be moderated by Sierra Jones, Seattle Restored alumni and owner of Inside.
