Workers on the Rise! Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow
In the glorious, centuries-old tradition of labor movement music, the Seattle Labor Chorus offers a concert with inspirational songs of workers struggling to bring about social, economic, racial, and environmental justice. Help us celebrate 25 years of being a musical voice of labor and make the work of SLC possible into the next 25 years!
Register to join this in-person and live-streamed event and make
a financial contribution to keep the Seattle Labor Chorus on the move! Doors open at 4:30pm, concert from 5-6pm, social 6-7pm. All
people attending will wear masks, including the performers.
Seating is limited to 100. If local infection rates increase we will
further limit seating and you will be notified on March 30th. This concert will also be available for online viewing a few days after the concert for two weeks, more information to follow.
We will be selling raffle tickets for our beautiful quilt drawing June 6th. We will have an online auction before the concert so stay tuned for more information. We will also have a display of 25 years of SLC history!
We welcome everyone, no matter the amount donated. Contribute whatever you can. If you can give more than $25, that would be a great help to keep SLC strong. We have limited seating for 100 people (subject to current COVID numbers), or you can join us by Zoom. A link to the live-stream concert will be sent a few hours before the event.

The Seattle Labor Chorus is a non-profit, membership organization. All singers pay dues and contribute in other ways as well. Annual donations from unions and other labor organizations also enable us to support workers’ struggles at picket lines and rallies. Financial support from our fans and supporters in the community is essential to cover expenses so we can keep singing for justice, safety, peace, and power for all working people.
This event is supported in part by the Abe Keller Peace Education Fund.
"The Seattle Labor Chorus is reawakening the labor movements’ recognition that we express our better
selves through music and song; that we organize better through music and song;
and that singing is damn fun!”
