Are you a local business owner or creative entrepreneur looking for a retail space and looking for advice on the leasing process?

We're hosting 17 commercial leasing experts, including brokers, funders, designers, contractors, and architects, and more.

Attendees will sign up for 10-minute one-on-one speed coaching sessions to talk through ideas, roadblocks, and questions. There will also be an opportunity to network between sessions.

Speed Coaches
We will notify registered attendees VIA EMAIL the week of January 6th with session details for specific coaches and time slots. We anticipate attendees will be able to consult with up to 3 coaches during this event.

During the event we will have 17 coaches from 14 different businesses and organizations:

Architecture, Interior Design and Construction
Talk to the below professionals about:
 - What are some limitation on a space they can help you identify before you sign a lease
- What is the timeline and cost to work with design and construction professionals 
- How can they support any permitting needs


Commercial Leasing Brokers
Talk to the below professionals about:
- How do they represent a business during the leasing process 
- What is the cost to work with a commercial broker 

- What systems do they use that an individual may not be able to access 


Legal and Business Development
Talk to the below professionals about:
- Review of a lease 
- Understanding lease terms 

- How to create materials to submit a property owner 


Banking and Funding
Talk to the below professionals about:
- Creation of Profit and Loss statements to submit to a property owner 
- Options for funding /loans/ grants to support your business growth 

- Building a business plan 


Translation:
ASL interpretation and language translation available upon request. Please reach out directly to events@seattlegood.org. We ask that requests for interpretation or language services be submitted by December 15th, however, we will do our best to accommodate any requests received after that date.
