Basic Life Support (CPR & AED) – 4 Hour Course
Learn the essential skills needed to respond quickly and effectively in a life-threatening emergency.
This course focuses on the core actions that can save a life before emergency services arrive.
What you’ll learn
- CPR for adults (and children/infants where applicable)
- Safe use of an AED (defibrillator)
- What to do if someone is choking
- How to recognise and respond to cardiac arrest
- Managing an unconscious casualty
- Dealing with anaphylaxis (severe allergic reactions)
