Sentience269 combines community, connection and partying in a space created specifically for vegans.

Sentience269 is built around veganism as the ethical principle that humans should live without exploiting other animals.

This is a VEGAN-ONLY event.

If you are not aligned with this principle, this event is not for you.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees whose actions or views are fundamentally incompatible with the values of the event.

We encourage attendees to inform the organisers if they become aware that someone attending the event is not vegan.

14:00 – Doors Open

15:00 - 15:20 – Anonymous for the Voiceless Presentation on how to comunicate veganism

16:00 – Speed Meeting
A guided social activity designed to help you meet lots of new people in a relaxed and structured way. Participation is completely optional. 

🎶 DJs Throughout the day  will be playing tech house, minimal, Hard bounce and uplifting electronic music to create the atmosphere throughout the event.

22:00 – Doors Close

The venue is spread across three floors:

Ground Floor
• Dance floor
• Bar

Basement
• Second dance floor

Upper Floor
• Chill room
• Toilets

Please note that smoking is not allowed in the chill room.

Smoking is permitted only outdoor.

Vaping is permitted throught the whole venue

🍺 Drinks

Please do not bring your own alcohol or drinks into the venue.

Drinks purchased at the venue must remain inside the venue and cannot be taken outside the gate.

Food will not be sold on site. Feel free to bring your own snacks.

There is no cloakroom, so please bring only what you need and keep your belongings with you.

Re-entry is allowed. Please make sure to keep your wristband/stamp.

Please note: The venue is not wheelchair accessible. Access to all floors is via stairs only.

Photos and videos are welcome when taken respectfully.

The event team may capture content for future promotion.

💳 Refunds & Ticket Transfers

Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event.

To request a refund, email s.rinaldo@calivegan.org with:

• your full name
• the email address used to purchase the ticket
• your order number (if available)

Refund requests received less than 48 hours before the event cannot be accepted.

Ticket transfers are permitted at any time before the event.

To transfer your ticket to someone else, email s.rinaldo@calivegan.org with:

• the original ticket holder's name
• the new attendee's full name
• the order number (if available)

This helps us keep the guest list accurate and ensures a smooth check-in.
