Thank you for your interest in the Little Dreamers Baby Massage Course by Serene Beginnings for Babies.

These beginners' baby massage classes are perfect for those who are new to baby massage. The classes are suitable for babies aged over 6 weeks up to around 5-6 months.
Classes take place every Wednesday morning 9.30am-10.45am.

Over this 6 week course, you'll learn a full body baby massage routine, focusing on a set of massage strokes for a particular part of the body each week. You'll also learn a variety of techniques to soothe and settle your baby and offer relief from many common symptoms such as colic, trapped wind, constipation, congestion and teething pain.

Classes are completely relaxed, laid back and baby-led, which means there's no pressure to join in if your baby needs to be fed, changed or cuddled! We repeat the strokes from previous weeks each session, so you won't miss out! 

The classes are as much for you as they are for your baby, and the calming, non-judgemental environment and little thoughtful touches help to support and nurture you as a new parent. It's also a great way to met other local new mums so you can share your experiences and develop new friendships!

Course cost:

The course investment is £58.50 and includes:

• 6 classes of around 75 minutes each to learn a full body massage routine.
• baby-safe organic sunflower seed oil for use in class.
• handouts detailing each of the strokes to aid your practice at home.
• complimentary hot drinks and refreshments each week.
• a safe, non-judgemental space to relax, bond with your baby and connect with other parents.
• regular photo opportunities for your baby.
• the opportunity to make a little footprint keepsake.
• a little welcome gift bag as a thank you for attending.
• a graduation celebration in the final session.
• a certificate upon completion of the course.

Mats and cushions will be provided each week, but please bring a towel to go over the mat for your baby to lie on.

Terms and conditions

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable except in extreme circumstances and at the discretion of Serene Beginnings for Babies.
• In the case of cancellation, the course fee will be refundable in full (minus the deposit) if notice of at least two weeks is given. If you cancel the course with less than two weeks' notice then no refund will be given.
• Babies should be aged between 6 weeks and 5-6 months to participate (pre-crawling only).
• You, the caregiver, must take full responsibility for the child at all times throughout the sessions.
• Please inform the teacher of any medical conditions before the session.
