Thank you for your interest in the Serene Beginnings for Babies: Little Poppets Baby Yoga & Massage Course.

These Baby Yoga classes are perfect for babies aged from 10-12 weeks up to pre-walking and are the natural next step for babies who have previously attended a baby massage course (although you don't need to have attended a course before to join!). As well as introducing gentle baby yoga movements, stretches and poses, the classes include the opportunity to practise a dry baby massage routine.
Classes take place every Thursday morning 9.30am-10.45am.

Baby yoga has so many benefits for babies and parents. It supports your baby's physical and emotional development and can offer relief from common symptoms such as trapped wind, colic and constipation. It also promotes relaxation and helps to strengthen the bond between baby and parent.

Over the course, you'll learn a whole range of yoga inspired movements stretches and poses for both babies and parents! Classes are fun, relaxing and totally baby-led so there's no pressure to join in with all the movements!

Course cost:

The course investment is £48.50 for 6 weeks and includes:

• 6 classes of around 75 minutes each to learn a variety of yoga inspired movements, stretches and poses.
• dry baby massage routine.
• songs, bubbles and play each week.
• handouts detailing each of the movements and poses to aid your practice at home.
• optional gentle stretching and movement for mums to aid postnatal recovery.
• complimentary hot drinks and refreshments each week.
• a safe, non-judgemental space to relax, bond with your baby and connect with other parents.
• a graduation celebration in the final week with photo opportunities.
• a certificate upon completion of the course.

Mats and cushions will be provided each week, but please bring a towel or blanket to go over the mat for your baby to lie on.

Terms and conditions

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable except in extreme circumstances and at the discretion of Serene Beginnings for Babies.
• In the case of cancellation, the course fee will be refundable in full (minus the deposit) if notice of at least two weeks is given. If you cancel the course with less than two weeks' notice then no refund will be given.
• Babies should be aged between 10-12 weeks and pre-walking to participate.
• You, the caregiver, must take full responsibility for the child at all times throughout the sessions.
• Please inform the teacher of any medical conditions before the session.
• Before starting the course, you will be required to provide further details via an online form that will be sent to you. This is solely for insurance purposes.
