Thank you for your interest in the Little Tiddlers: Stretch, Move & Play classes by Serene Beginnings for Babies.

Little Tiddlers classes combine Baby Yoga, dry massage and free play, and are the natural next step for those moving on from the Little Poppets classes (although you don't need to have attended a course previously!). Little Tiddlers classes are perfect for babies on the move who need a little more stimulation and entertainment! As well as practising Baby Yoga and a fun dry massage routine, classes include opportunities for story time, fun with the parachute, bubbles, singing and more!
Classes take place every Thursday morning 11am-12.15pm.

Baby Yoga has so many benefits for babies and parents. It supports your baby's physical and emotional development and can offer relief from common symptoms such as trapped wind, colic and constipation. Baby Yoga also promotes relaxation and help to strengthen the bond between baby and parent.

Over the term, we'll practise a range of baby yoga movements, stretches and poses for both babies and parents! There will also be time for baby to explore and play.  Classes are fun, relaxing and totally baby-led so there's no pressure to join in if you need to feed, change or cuddle your little one!

Course cost:

The investment for the term is £48.50 for 6 weeks and includes:

• 6 classes of around 75 minutes.
• Baby Yoga stretches, movements and poses.
• dry baby massage routine.
• time for free play, plus songs with the parachute and bubbles.
• optional gentle stretching and movement for mums to aid postnatal recovery.
• complimentary hot drinks and refreshments each week.
• a safe, non-judgemental space to relax, bond with your baby and connect with other parents.
• a graduation celebration in the final week with photo opportunities.
• a certificate upon completion of the course.

Mats and cushions will be provided each week, but please bring a towel or blanket to go over the mat for your baby to lie on.

Terms and conditions

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable except in extreme circumstances and at the discretion of Serene Beginnings for Babies.
• In the case of cancellation, the course fee will be refundable in full (minus the deposit) if notice of at least two weeks is given. If you cancel the course with less than two weeks' notice then no refund will be given.
• Babies should be aged between 5 months and 12 months to participate.
• You, the caregiver, must take full responsibility for the child at all times throughout the sessions.
• Please inform the teacher of any medical conditions before the session.
• Before starting the course, you will be required to provide further details via an online form that will be sent to you. This is solely for insurance purposes.
