Activity Overview — Summer 2026

This year’s Summer HAF programme is our most varied and exciting provision ever. We’ve created a friendly, welcoming, and inclusive environment where children can explore new interests, build confidence, and enjoy a huge mix of activities.

Each day begins with a warm welcome and a relaxed check‑in, helping children settle and feel comfortable before the fun begins.

What’s Included This Summer

Children will take part in a wide range of engaging, hands‑on activities, including:

• Food‑related fun such as simple food prep, tasting challenges, creative food art, and nutrition‑themed games
• Visits from community professionals — meeting people who work locally, learning about their roles, and taking part in interactive demonstrations
• Fun experiments and discovery‑based activities
• Music sessions including rhythm games, group music activities, and opportunities to perform
• Creative projects such as crafts, drawing, and themed makes
• Outdoor activities and movement games (weather dependent)
• Supported free‑choice time with options like karaoke, small‑group games, or putting on a show

Our approach is friendly, relational, and reassuring — ideal for children who enjoy structured fun without overwhelming noise or pressure.

Food Provision

All meals meet School Food Standards, offering a balanced combination of starchy carbohydrates, fruit or vegetables, and a healthy drink.
