What started as a wedding In 2025 between Severn Kollectiv members Jake & Thee at their favourite place has now turned into a full festival for 2026

Entry & Tickets
* All tickets must be presented on entry (digital or printed)
* Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled
* Tickets are non-transferable and not for resale
* Last entry time may apply
* Re-entry is permitted with a valid wristband
Admission & Conduct
* Right of admission reserved – entry may be refused or revoked at any time
* All attendees must comply with instructions from staff, security, and stewards
* No anti-social behaviour – anyone causing issues will be removed without refund
Age Policy
* All ages welcome
* Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
* Challenge 25 policy in operation at the bar – valid ID required
Alcohol & Prohibited Items
* No outside alcohol permitted – all alcohol must be purchased on site
* No illegal substances – anyone found in possession will be removed and may be reported
* Bag searches may be conducted on entry
* No fires, fire pits, or open flames permitted anywhere on site
Camping
* Camping is permitted in designated areas only
* Camping pitch tickets cover one tent or van (not per person)
* No generators unless agreed in advance
* Respect other campers – excessive noise or disruption may result in removal
Safety & Liability
* This is an outdoor event; please dress and prepare accordingly
* The event will go ahead in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe
* Attendees enter at their own risk
* The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
* The event takes place adjacent to the River Severn – attendees must take care at all times
* No unauthorised access to the water
* Parents/guardians are responsible for children at all times
* In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow all safety instructions, including evacuation if required

Vehicles & Parking
* Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk

 Due to the location, network coverage can be irregular and affect the use of the card machine on site. Therefore, prudent to bring cash for an alternative form of payment
