Children's Beginner sewing - Learn to use a sewing machine & make a patchwork cushion age 8+

Does your child want to learn how to use a sewing machine?

A fun and creative workshop perfect for young beginners who want to learn how to use a sewing machine with confidence! Children will be guided step-by-step through the basics of machine sewing, including how to thread the machine, wind a bobbin, sew straight lines, and stitch neat corners.

Once they’ve mastered the essentials, they’ll put all their new skills into practice by designing and making their very own colourful patchwork cushion to take home and proudly show off!

A relaxed, supportive class designed to build creativity, confidence, and practical sewing skills while having lots of fun along the way.

All materials are included in the price.

Your child can bring their own sewing machine along

Your child is welcome to use the sewing machines provided at Lark.
