Rooted in Voice: An Online Art Therapy Group for Adult Women

Session fees are $10/session ($80 total for 8 sessions)

This group is a closed, 8-week art therapy group for women who want to loosen the grip of people-pleasing and strengthen a more grounded, self-led way of being. The group uses creative, reflective, and relational art therapy approaches to support insight, self-expression, boundary development, and compassionate connection with the self and others.

A safe studio space for slowing down and showing up through art. No prior art experience needed.

This student-led art therapy group is part of a practicum placement. All sessions are conducted under the supervision of a registered art therapist in alignment with KATI's ethical and educational guidelines.
