This one day workshop is focused around delving deeper into your core connection with each of the 4 elements, Earth, Wind, Fire and Water. Many of us are aware of them, work with them, or refer to them, but may not perhaps have really explored them for ourselves or deeply connected to them.

The principles of 4 elements (along with the 4 directions) are fundamental basics in many spiritual teachings. They feature in many cultures and their medicine wheels. Connecting to nature; the world around us, was as important as breathing to our ancestors.

During this one day workshop we will explore each of these 4 elements using journeying, drawing & music meditation.

By the end of the day you will hold a strong understanding of what each element represents to you, and how you can communicate with them. You will have developed your own words and ceremony to connect with them, work with them, and give thanks and gratitude to them.
