Journeying is an ancient way of moving into an altered state of reality to access collective consciousness, or what is often referred to as the Shamanic Realm, in order to gain insight, knowledge, support and healing.  ANYONE can learn how to do this.

This IPHM Accredited one day course is a powerful self help, healing and evolution tool that, once you know how to do it, will be a support to you your whole life. If you have heard of the concept of shamanic guides; helpers in spirit, power animals.......journeying is how you can meet them and develop relationships with them and other teachers or guardians in spirit form.

Whether you have never journeyed before and would like to learn, or you have but need support delving deeper - this day is for you.

I always begin with a channeled group and then individual blessing.  Past student quote - "I feel like I have just had a huge hug from Spirit".  I will then support you to learn the basics of safe journeying, then delve deeper with more exploratory journey's. I will lead drumming for the journeying initially, but then each person will have a turn at drumming for the group.

We will close with group drumming in celebration and gratitude of what we have experienced and the new knowledge we have about ourselves and our support in spirit.

You will leave competent in a new skill that you can work with for the rest of your life to gain guidance, knowledge and support at any time!

Please bring your drum if you have one. I have a couple of studio drums for those that don't. I provide hot and cold drinks and a few snacks.
