During this one day workshop you will make 2 rattles plus a smaller rattle necklace if you wish/there is time.

Join me on this guided day to create your own totally unique shamanic, sound healing rattle's. Rattles are similar to drums, in that they hold their own energy, vibration, essence. Rattles can be used for healing, ceremony, energy work, sound healing, joyful play....

As deer skins take time to dry, we will be experiencing 2 versions of rattle making. One completely from scratch, the other from part prepared rattle heads.

Selecting from a wide variety of materials; threads, crystal beads, skin strings, feathers, rabbit fur, faux fur.... I will guide you to create and then paint (if you wish) each of your rattle's. We will use a combination of crystal chips and dried beads for filling.

If there are any materials that you already have that you would like to bring to include, such as a treasured feather, or a particular crystal (must be small or chips if for the filling), or a particular piece of gathered wood or bone or... for the handle, then please do!

You may arrive with a clear vision of what you would like to create, but we will also carryout a journey or two, to gain guidance on what would like to come through to be included in your creation's.

I will provide a variety of wooden sticks for handles. Please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

We will spend time connecting with the wood, looking at its shape, sanding, and filing patterns and edges. You may even want to paint your handle.

We will work sacredly, with respect, giving thanks for all the materials and guidance.

The day including all materials is available for £95. There are 5 spaces available. Hot and cold drinks provided.

You are required to bring your own lunch.

This will be a wonderful day spent in sacred creative connection at the end you will be taking away at least two treasured rattles bursting with meaning and significance for you!
