HOLONIC DRUM HEALING DAY RETREAT

Welcome to The Holonic Drum Healing Day Retreat experience; a full day of deep immersive connection and healing, held in ceremony with a group of 10 participants and two facilitators, Tracey Coulson of Shamanic Earth and Rachel Lane of The Spirit Centre

As we gather in the beautiful round hall at Hilt Holt Wood, we will commence the Opening Ceremony, creating the sacred space within which we will be held, nurtured and will welcome and work with the Holonic Vibration.  You will be led and supported throughout the process from the initial guided journey to meeting and connecting with the Holonic Vibration itself.

After a wonderful organic garden buffet lunch, we will return to the space to find our drum partners waiting for us. Once everyone has their drum partner, you will be led through a process of deep personal connection with your drum, ready to bring in the Holonic Vibration and for the healing begin. You will be guided through different levels of connection, gradually deepening and widening the experience as the energies build and grow through various rounds of drumming.  Each level, each round, builds upon the last, allowing the energies to build in intensity and power to fill the space, and everyone in it. At its apex when, all are fulfilled, we will release the vibration with love and intention as a gift for Humanity to help heal our collective and help it find and reconnect again with its source.  An act of pure love and compassion. 

We will then gather in a circle of gratitude around the central altar space and in our ways give thanks and gratitude to the healing and experiences we have received; reaffirming our connection to source that we can carry away with us. The Closing Ceremony will conclude the day and sacred space will be closed. Afterwards Tracey and Rachel will be around for a while to answer questions, give any further support required or advice on integration.  

This retreat takes place as we flow from one phase of the year into another,  Beltane.  We we honour this time with the energies present on the day.

NOTE: All food and drinks will be provided on the day, but please feel free to bring your own water bottle.  All materials will be provided but please bring a journal and pen for recording and integrating your experience.

A Free follow up online session for up to one hour included if required, with either Tracey or Rachel, to assist integration.
