We believe in the transformative power of energy, creativity, and community. Our work is rooted in empowerment, encouraging self-awareness, resilience, and the reclaiming of personal energy. 

Guided by respect, integrity, and curiosity, we combine Shamanic practices,with education and arts-based approaches to create safe, nurturing spaces for personal and collective growth. Anna completed her training with the Edinbursgh Shamanic centre. Using  Shamanic practices to support personal wellbeing  Anna holds a safe space, where she guides her clients on their journey  of self discovery. The ethos of this work is to empower clients. All healing comes from within.
