Shamanic Studio Grimsby Community Interest Company provides classes, courses and workshops to support Multi-generational Communication and Intergenerational Healing.  Self-Connection guides our work. From a place of self- connection, we can make connections with others, strengthening our communities.

This work begins with the individual. At the centre of our work is the intention to create a sense of belonging. Guided by respect, authenticity and curiosity, we combine arts based practices with meditation techniques helping individuals to build a toolkit of self-care practices. These practices are designed to support personal wellbeing for the rest of your life. 

We believe in the transformative power of Energy. Our work is rooted in Empowerment.  We work with the land and the people. It is our intention to promote wellbeing through the natural connection we share with nature.  Working with children, families, communities and individuals we use arts-based approaches to create safe, nurturing spaces for personal and collective growth
