At Shamanic Studio Grimsby it is our mission to support people through personal transformation and change. It is part of our ethos to ensure that our work is accessible for all, regardless of financial restrictions. We want to be a part of effective change which empowers people to learn self healing practices to support thier personal wellbeing, for their entire lifetime.

Our Community work with children offers short interactive sessions for children and young people to discover ways they can regulate emotions and enhance their overall wellbeing. Sessions can include working with a selection of Shamanic tools and natural elements; such as drawing & colouring, working with moon cycles, planting and gardening, breathing exercises, puppetry, story telling, and more.

These sessions are suitable for ages 4-7 years with the aim of providng a safe space for the child to release any emotions or feelings which are challenging to process. Sessions are approximately 45 minutes and take place with the parent/guardian present.
These sessions can be a great way to utilise tools to help children and their familiy members find self care practices to suit their individual needs.

These sessions are open to all, whilst currently designed to suit the needs of ages 4-7 years, please contact us if you think you have a child who may benefit from theres services, but is a different age.
