To celebrate the Springboard's 1st birthday in the Shape It Up Studio, we are excited to open our doors to EVERYONE who wants to give the Springboard a try.

Ever wish your workout gave you strength, stretch, and support—all at once? That’s exactly what Springboard Pilates does! This wall-mounted system uses springs to resist and assist your movements, giving you a dynamic, full-body workout that feels incredible.

Open Day - 45 minute classes:

What it is: The Springboard is a unique piece of exercise equipment which is a wall-mounted board with various springs and attachment points.

How it works: You use the springs for resistance and support while doing exercises like stretching & strengthening.

Benefits: It's like doing Pilates, but with a focus on using the spring resistance for a full-body workout.

Key point: Offers a dynamic and customizable workout using the springs on the board.

How will I benefit from doing a Springboard class?

The springs, attached to the Springboard provide you with resistance which can help you progress your strength, balance and workout intensity. But the springs also offer smooth support which can help you achieve a deeper stretch and master more challenging exercises, enhancing your overall strength and flexibility.
