Want to make your home warmer and more energy efficient, but don't know where to start?

Join the Share Shed - A Library of Things, the Totnes Climate Hub and South Dartmoor Community Energy for a friendly, practical workshop exploring simple and affordable things you can do at home to reduce energy use, keep the heat in and potentially save money on your energy bills.

This hands-on session will focus on small changes that can make a real difference, without needing major renovations or expensive equipment.

We'll cover practical tips including:

• Draft-proofing your home – identifying common sources of heat loss and simple ways to tackle them.
• Making your radiators work more effectively – including how and why to install reflective foil behind radiators.
• Reducing energy use and bills – practical advice and everyday changes that can help you use energy more efficiently.
• Simple energy-efficiency improvements you can carry out yourself at home.
• Useful resources and where to find further help – you'll receive a list of recommended resources to take away.

There will also be an opportunity to find out about further and free one-to-one support from South Dartmoor Community Energy if you'd like more personalised advice about making your home warmer and more energy efficient.

This workshop is designed to be accessible, practical and jargon-free, whether you're completely new to energy efficiency or already have a few ideas you'd like to explore.
