Tantric Tea Ceremony

On June 26th, we'll be creating an intimate afternoon of Tea, Tantra, Meditation and Conscious Connection in the heart of Tallinn.

This won't be a workshop packed with techniques or information. Instead, it's an invitation to slow down.

We'll explore the art of presence through a beautiful tea ceremony, guided meditations, sensory awareness, conscious touch, authentic connection and simple tantric practices that help us reconnect with ourselves and each other.

Think of it as an oasis in the middle of a busy MVU week. A chance to breathe, land in your body, nourish your nervous system and share meaningful connection with wonderful humans.

We'll keep the group small so the space feels personal and intimate.
