Join educators from South Yorkshire schools, colleges and universities for the National Emergency Briefing. We'll be using resources developed by the Ministry of Eco Education and NEU - available online.
Watch the UK's leading experts explain what's at stake for our children's future, health, food security and the economy. You'll hear evidence-backed solutions. And you'll have space to feel, think and respond together.
This isn't doom or lecturing. It's about reconnecting with what matters, as educators. You'll watch a 38-minute film together, pause to share thoughts, and leave with concrete ways you can lead climate action in your school or college.
Nearly half of all schools in England face flooding risk. Energy typically accounts for 27% of a school's carbon footprint. But there's also clear evidence that urgent action strengthens our economy and quality of life. This briefing exists to help create the tipping point.
Come grounded. Leave with agency.
