Youth Day @ Hesley Woods

Join us on Saturday 12 April at Hesley Woods for a fun day of workshops, worship and onsite activities. This event is for anyone aged 8 -18, but they must attend with a Youth Leader/Minister.

LEADERS

The day is aimed at 8 - 18 year olds, and we ask you to bring 1 leader for every 7 young people as you will be responsible for looking after them for the day.

BOOKING FORM

Use the booking form to select Group Leader and Youth Tickets. You will then be asked for some details about the people in your group. For each of your young people you will need to have their FULL NAME and AGE. We will be filming parts of the day to go on YouTube. Please ensure you have parental consent for all of your group. You will be asked if you have this consent on the booking form. 
We therefore advise you to gather this information for your group before you start to make your booking. Please ensure you complete all information in full as requested - especially any additional information regarding dietary requirements or other additional needs.

PAYMENTS

The day will cost £10 per  young person (leaders are free) which covers all the activities and food for the day. The day will also be supported by the Sheffield Methodist District. You must book and pay for your whole group before the event, we want to avoid any payments on the day. Booking will close if we reach capacity. 

ON THE DAY

Come in comfy clothes and footwear we will be outside for some of the day whatever the weather so please come prepared for that. Bring a reusable water bottle with you. Lunch is included.
