Volunteer Work Day: Carbrook Ravine Monster Clean Up

If one of your new year's resolutions was to go to the gym... why not start by joining us at Carbrook Ravine for a Monster Clear up?

We have a variety of tricky-to-reach large litter that will be a good workout to clear & smaller items for a more gentle day.

Your help would make a big difference. Come and join us for the day or just for an hour.

Gloves, tools, and refreshments are provided, but please wear suitable rough outdoor clothing, including waterproofs, hat, trousers and long sleeves and sturdy footwear, and bring some lunch and water. Please be aware there are no toilet facilities on site.

Free bookable event

Please meet at 10am at: Spinkhill Avenue entrance - S13 8ES

Are you 14 to 17 and would like to volunteer on a work day? Please get in touch in advance with us on nature.reserves@wildsheffield.com so that relevant forms are filled in beforehand and the work day is suitable. If you are 14 - 15 you must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you are 16 - 17 you will need to have a parental consent form.

If you have a caution, unspent conviction or spent conviction that is not defined as protected, as part of our duty of care we have a process that we need to follow before we can decide whether to accept your application to volunteer. Please therefore do NOT sign up via our ticket system but instead contact volunteering@wildsheffield.com to discuss next steps.
