"But winter darkness has a positive side to it. As we gather to celebrate the first turn from winter to spring, we are invited to recognise and honour the beauty in the often unwanted season of winter. Let us invite our hearts to be glad for the courage winter proclaims. Let us be grateful for the wisdom winter brings in teaching us about the need for withdrawal as an essential part of renewal. Let us also encourage our spirits as Earth prepares to come forth from this time of withdrawal into a season filled with light."
Embrace the magic of the winter season and join me for a soul-warming celebration of the Winter Solstice. As the world grows quieter and nature's rhythms slow, it's the perfect time to gather in a circle of women, sharing in the wisdom and strength that our collective energy brings. On this special evening, we'll come together to honour the longest night of the year and welcome the return of the sun's light. With flickering candles and warm embraces, we'll share stories, intentions, and a beautiful sound healing assisted by Cacao.
Celebrating the Winter Solstice is an ancient tradition that embraces the profound symbolism of this special time of year. As the longest night falls, we come together to honour the darkness, reflect on the past year, and kindle the spark of hope for the return of the sun's warmth and light. It's a time to connect with nature's cycles and with one another. The Winter Solstice reminds us of the enduring spirit within us all and offers a chance to bask in the simple joys of gathering, lighting candles, and savouring the magic of this season.
Join me for a night of connection, reflection, and empowerment, as we celebrate the resilience and inner light that resides within each of us. Let's kindle the fires of our spirits, casting out the darkness and welcoming the rebirth of the sun. Your presence would make the circle complete, and I can't wait to share this enchanting experience with you.
We will;
~ Share together what this year has taught us
~ Embrace the womb of darkness
~ Drink Cacao in ceremony with a Winter Solstice Meditation & Sound Healing
This will be a cosy circle of 9 women and a £20 energy exchange with a small admin fee.
The circle will be held in Stroud and the location will be given to you the week before the circle or you can contact me if you'd like to know beforehand.
It’s of high importance that when attending this circle that everything spoken about is kept within the circle. Sharing with each other in complete confidence and having the ability to trust each other is a beautiful thing and can be so powerful and healing, but the breaking of that trust can be damaging, so let’s keep our sisterhood completely sacred in that way.
We will have an altar so please bring something special you would like to add to it.
I look forward to meeting you all, as you are.
Much love,
Lauren xxx

About me;
As a Babaji devotee I am passionate about serving the world in whatever way I can and have been in many service roles throughout my career.
I presently feel called to serve women and have a passion and love for sitting in circle with fellow sisters. I am a 200hr trained yoga teacher, pregnancy yoga teacher, a Hypnobirthing teacher, Reiki healer and most importantly, a mother.
I want to help create a world my daughter will thrive in and I believe through creating communities of women who are working on themselves, we can truly make a difference.
