Sheila Ruiz (prounounced Shey-la Roo-eez - she/her) is a certified embodiment and relationship coach, as well as an experienced programme and partnerships manager with over 20 years working in the creative and social impact sectors. Her career spans organisations including Meta, the Commonwealth Foundation, the Royal African Society and she's currently working at BBC Children in Need. At the heart of Sheila's work is connection and a passion for creating a kinder and fairer world. Whether co-creating programmes that deliver systemic change or coaching purpose-led individuals, teams and communities, Sheila helps people strengthen relationships, build resilience and foster trust.
